The SureFire Stiletto received Best Flashlight honors at the recent Overland Expo Mountain West in Loveland, Colorado, adding another accolade to SureFire’s innovative, radically sleek series of rechargeable handheld flashlights, which provide maximum performance with minimal bulk.
SureFire currently offers two Stiletto models, delivering an ergonomic form factor that is concealable and fast on the draw, just like the knife that inspired them. These durable, compact, and versatile illumination tools take everyday carry to new levels, providing a discreet yet potent option for anyone who needs a light at hand 24/7/365. In addition, their integrated lithium polymer batteries can be recharged easily on the go by plugging the included charging cable into the onboard Micro-USB port. An onboard LED fuel gauge allows fast and easy monitoring of charge status.
The original SureFire Stiletto provides proven versatility in a lightweight yet durable package. Its polymer body is sleek and slim, and its Melonite®-coated pocket clip allows secure, unobtrusive storage in any pocket or pack—and it can even be clipped to the brim of a cap for hands-free use. A switch on the bezel end of the Stiletto lets you select from low (5 lumens), medium (250 lumens), and high (650 lumens max) settings. An adjacent mode switch can be used to reverse this order, giving you the flexibility to activate the light in high mode or low mode at the first press of the main switch. A tactical switch at the body’s tail always provides instant access to maximum output and can be programmed to function as either a constant on-off switch or a momentary switch that turns off when released. SureFire’s proprietary MaxVision® Beam delivers a bright, seamless wall of white light through the entire field of vision whether you need to positively identify a potential threat in dark environs or handle everyday tasks such as finding a lost item or reading a map.
The bigger brother to the Stiletto, the SureFire Stiletto Pro offers 50% more maximum output, with 1,000 lumens of MaxVision Beam performance in a slim, rugged body that’s precision machined from aerospace aluminum and then hard anodized to withstand the harshest environments. Its Melonite®-coated pocket clip is reversible, allowing the user to tailor the carry orientation to meet tactical requirements or personal preferences. Its ergonomic design affords intuitive activation of high output, medium output (300 lumens), or low output (25 lumens). Like the Stiletto, the Stiletto Pro can be programmed to activate low-to-high or vice versa, and its tail switch can be set to activate high output in momentary- or constant-on mode. Both Stiletto models also feature a strobe mode that can be activated by pressing the tail switch three times when programmed in momentary-on mode.
The SureFire Stiletto series sets a high bar for rechargeable handheld flashlights for EDC and low-visibility applications. For more information, visit SureFire.com.
